Our Story
Like any great modern love story, ours started with a swipe. In February 2022, Tinder decided we were a match; and for once, Tinder was right. What began as casual texts quickly turned into marathon conversations and voice notes that had us grinning at our phones like teenagers. Two weeks later, we finally went on our first date… and spoiler: there was definitely a second one.
We still weren’t “official” yet, though. That happened in March 2022 when Lydi hinted she had “a question” for Tyler. True to form, he egged her on until she caved and asked him to be her boyfriend. (He said yes, obviously.)
From there, we were inseparable. We moved in together that September, adopted four cats and four chickens, got engaged in March 2024, and bought a house in August 2024 (not necessarily in that order).
Now here we are: ready to celebrate with the people we love most and kick off our forever together… humans, cats, chickens, and all.
