When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our wedding attire is semi-formal, such as a cocktail dress, dressy separates, a suit and tie, or a sport coat with dress slacks.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM EST. We recommend arriving between 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM to allow plenty of time to get settled in.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to host an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend the Kinley Hotel, which is within walking distance of both our wedding venue and the after-party. Of course, you're welcome to stay wherever you'd like, but accommodations in the Southside area will be the most convenient.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is street parking available near the venue, or you can use the parking garage at 1362 Market St, which is about a six minute walk away.

What is the schedule for the evening?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 3:00 PM, followed by a cocktail hour and plated dinner. While the formal event concludes at 6:00 PM, we would love for you to keep the party going with us at Westbound Honky Tonk from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The after party is a short five minute walk from the venue!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and dinner will both be held outdoors at The Common House Garden. If you choose to join us for the after party at Westbound Honky Tonk, that portion of the evening will be held indoors. Since there is a short walk between the two, you might want to keep that in mind when choosing your shoes for the day.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

We want to make sure everyone is well-fed! Please reach out directly with any specific allergies or dietary needs so that we can coordinate accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us at Common House. Feel free to enjoy beer, wine, and cocktails throughout the evening. Drinks at the after-party at Westbound will be available for purchase.

Answer
