Unfortunately, due to size restrictions with the venue, we are having to limit our numbers to close family, friends and those who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed within the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
Unfortunately, our venue isn’t suitable for little ones therefore we’ve had to make the decision to not allow children to the wedding. However, children are more than welcome to join you at the welcome drinks should they be with you on the island. The only exception to this is one member of immediate family who is part of our wedding party.
Think summer smart! Linen shirt, trousers or smart shorts for the men. Ties/jackets are not needed. Summer dresses for the ladies. We request that ladies don’t wear black. Please no jeans, flip flops or T-shirts.
Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine & beer during dinner and an open bar for the party at the wedding. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
Yes, as the sun will be shining, the ceremony, dinner and evening reception will be outside. Please make sure you dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. Please note, there is limited/to no shade in the ceremony and dinner area.
Complimentary parking is available at the venue should you hire a car.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and camera away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, Yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. We kindly request you refrain from posting photos of the bride and groom until they have had the opportunity to do so.
We are providing transfers to and from the wedding with 3 drop off/collection points around the island. Please contact Lydia or Ted directly should you wish to use the transfers. If you are not planning to use the transfers, please ensure you pre-book a taxi/transfers. It can be difficult to get taxis at short notice.
There are multiple flights to Santorini on various days during the week depending how long you’d like to be on the island. Please refer to the Travel section of the website for our suggestions!
We request you do not take photos during our ceremony. We’d like you to be fully present with us during this time. We will share the professional photos with you all once we receive them.
Your presence is our gift. Please don’t feel the need to gift us anything other than your company. If you did still want to gift something, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be appreciated.
All good things must come to an end! Our wedding will end at midnight. Due to the location of the venue, we strongly recommend pre booking a taxi if required.
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the final deadline is 1st December 2025. If we haven’t received your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as ‘no’ as we have to provide our venue with a headcount in a timely manner.
