Portland in December is typically rainy and cool, but the venue is a heated indoor space. You may want to pack a raincoat or an umbrella.

Where should I stay?

Our favorite neighborhoods close to the venue are Slabtown and Nob Hill. Click on the hotel blocks link to book Downtown Portland hotels with a discounted rate. If you will have access to a car, there are plenty of cute neighborhoods throughout Portland like Hawthorne, Alberta, Kenton, Laurelhurst, Mississippi, Sellwood. Portland has a killer food scene! We have compiled a list of our favorite restaurants for you to try during your visit. There will also be some of our favorite hikes and sightseeing for you to try if we get lucky with a not so rainy day. Find it in the "things to do" tab :)
