While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax, dress up, and celebrate with us!

Due to our limited venue space, we ask only invited guests to celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive by 3 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wear something whimsical and have something warm to put on at night. The ceremony is in an actual pine grove with soft needle floors, and pathways are hard-packed gravel. Stilettos will sink; wedges, block heels, strappy sandals, or elegant flats are the move. *Please refrain from wearing autumn/earthy tones*

Where is the nearest airport to fly into?

Regional airports are often quicker and easier than dealing with the main NYC airports: Albany International Airport — 71 miles from the barn Stewart International Airport (Newburgh) — 89 miles Binghamton Airport — 104 miles Car rental is available at all three.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will be provided to and from the Hanah Mountain Resort & Country Club.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Roxbury Barn & Estate has space for up to 60 cars plus room for shuttle buses. You may park at 615 County Road 41, Roxbury, NY 12474, where the parking attendant greets you. From there, their 4×4 cart drivers take over.
