Maid of Honor
Hi everyone! My name is Naomi and I’m Lydia’s favorite sister and Raymond’s favorite sister-in-law-to-be (really edged out the competition there, I know). My hobbies include running, cooking, and keeping up with all of my podcasts. I met Lydia the day she was born, and it has been so fun to see her discover her unique interests, move to a new city, and fall in love. I am so grateful to get to call her my sister and my friend. Lydia is one of the smartest, most driven, and funniest people you will ever meet, which only meant she had to marry someone who measures up to even half of that. I’m so excited to officially welcome Raymond into the family as the older brother I never had. Raymond has one of the biggest smiles I’ve ever seen (especially when he’s around Lydia) and it’s been so fun getting to watch their relationship grow. I’m honored to get to stand beside them on their big day! I love you both so much!
Best Man
Hi everyone, my name is Kaz! I currently live in New York and work in finance at a bank(yes — very original), and I’m truly honored to be part of this wedding and to celebrate two people I’ve known since my earliest days at St. Olaf. Raymond was one of the first friends I made on the hill. From our time at St. Olaf to even now, I’ve learned and grown alongside Ray, inspired by his consistency, humility, and the way he just shows up for everyone around. Basically my older brother at this point, he taught me how to drive (until I crashed his car), how to properly dice an onion, and how to collectively terrorize Sean Salz. Whether we were sharing a doorless bathroom or stacking gourmet Fisher Farms pork loins from the caf, Ray was always at the center of so many of our memories. I—and many others—could not imagine college without him, and it’s been incredible to watch him build his career ever since, one exam at a time. I met Lydia around the time she was sharing her Spotify Wrapped that year which singlehandedly kept the Hamilton soundtrack alive. Lydia really brings out the happiest version of Raymond I’ve ever seen, and I’m absolutely thrilled for them to spend their lives together! ( Hope we can still make some Saigon Palace runs post-wedding :D ) It’s an honor to stand beside Ray and Lydia this summer and celebrate two people whose thoughtfulness, and drive inspire everyone around them. From the first Friday Flower to June 13th, 2026 — 誠におめでとうございます!

Hi everyone!! I’m Maia, also known as Maia Moo and Lydia & Raymond’s favorite person ever!! I am a big fan of running, yapping, watching reality tv shows, cuddling with my cats, and of course, margaritas. I met Lydia the very first day of college when she asked if she could sit by me at lunch, when neither of us knew anyone else (thank god she did because now she’s stuck with me for life!) Since then, we’ve had countless memories, and many more to come. Raymond is one of the funniest people I have ever met. I could tell you countless stories about him, but my personal favorite is when we met, after an incident involving pistachios (apologies to the groomsmen). I cannot wait to celebrate MY favorite people and couple in the world with friends, and my favorite family, the Hills :)

Howdy y’all! I’m Sean and I was Ray’s freshman year roommate and for each year after. From the very beginning Ray and I clicked and have been unbelievably close ever since. From sledding on Thorson Hill, throwing mashed potatoes at Brendan Conway, laughing our butts off during a game of exploding kittens, or being our alter egos Hector (Ray) and Clyde (me) life has always been better with Ray around. He has been a rock that I can always turn to and will never hesitate to help a friend in need. In the big and small moments, Ray has been there and I am forever grateful to call him a friend. Lydia and Ray have always been a perfect match together and I can’t wait to watch him get to marry the love of his life. Lydia, thank you for treating one of my best friends so well and I am so happy for both of you and can’t wait to celebrate you!!

Hi everyone, I'm Rachel! I love to golf, craft, take barre classes, and my newest obsession… bake sourdough! I met Lydia sophomore year at St. Olaf through mutual friends, in the tiniest room in Thorson Hall. We quickly clicked, and a few years later we became senior year roommates! Some of my favorite memories with Lydia are from those nights in our dorm ending each day with our goodnight chats. Living together brought us so much closer, and I'm incredibly grateful for the friendship that grew during that time!! Raymond was a regular visitor during this time and I swear I have never seen two people laugh more together! I'm so honored to be a part of their special day and celebrate the love Lyd and Ray share!

I'm Brendan! I've known Ray since freshman year of college. I remember the first day we met; It was at a St. Olaf Hockey 'get together' and I remember walking away saying "wow this guys an odd one." But it didn't take long until he became one of my best friends and not long after that until I called him family. My favorite memories of Ray were coming home every night in college and sitting around the kitchen laughing hysterically. Some of the hardest times I've ever laughed in my life were with Ray in that kitchen and its something I miss like hell! We share a mutual love of losing my money, calling Sean Salz fat, and doing the impossibly idiotic! Whether we were laughing around the house, conspiring against our fellow roommates, or picking each other up in tough moments, Ray has always been a huge presence in my life and one of the best dudes a guy could be friends with. Absolutely stoked he gets to marry his best friend and have an unreal day! Also....not to take credit here but I was the one 5 years ago to peer pressure this fool into getting Lydia a Friday flower. Not saying nothing but...you're welcome. Love you big dawg!

Hi friends! My name is Anna & my hobbies include talking about being a nurse, reading, working out, trying new recipes to meal prep, curating my Spotify playlists and bothering Lydia (and therefore Ray) on the weekends to entertain me! I met Lydia in the cage at St Olaf when Maia dragged me over and said “I have a friend you NEED to meet” at the beginning of sophomore year. Lydia is like a ray of sunshine and her tenacity, big heart, and humor has graced my life ever since. Lydia and I spent many hockey games sitting next to each other —supporting Ray of course— but also diving deep into each others’ lives and forming a friendship I’m so grateful for! Watching Ray and Lyds interact is one of my favorite things because you can see their best friendship so I’m so excited to watch them finally say ‘I do’ and be a part of their special day!

Hi Everyone, my name is Levi, and I'm Lydia's younger brother and Raymond's soon-to-be brother-in-law. Lydia has always been one of my top two favorite sisters, and I am so excited for her and Raymond to get married! Lydia has been such a great sister to look up to with her work ethic, resilience, and smarts that I will never have;) I'm so glad that she has found Raymond, and I'm excited to welcome him into our family to even out the boy-girl ratio! The first time I met Raymond was at a dinner with my parents. Partway through dinner, Raymond decided to walk upstairs to a different restaurant and order an entire pizza for himself because he was still hungry. Since then, I knew Raymond was a cool guy. It's been so fun to see Raymond and Lydia grow in their relationship, and I am so honored to be able to stand beside them this summer as they begin the rest of their lives together!
Personal Attendant
My name is Roslyn and I met Lydia my freshman year at St. Olaf College! We bonded over the music program at Olaf and ended up rooming together over the summer in Rand Hall and again our Senior year! My favorite memory with Lydia was our dinner and wine nights in Rand over the summer when we’d watch movies and crack jokes. It made it such a memorable summer.

Matthew Pointer - St. Olaf Hockey ‘25 — I had the absolute pleasure of playing with Razor for two years. I think Razor and I knew we would get along when I met him at my first college party as a young freshman, and instead of talking about beers or sports, we talked about his Math major and which Economics professors I should take classes with… From there, Ray became one of my biggest mentors at St. Olaf, frequently coined as the CGO (Chief Grind Officer) for his relentless work ethic. I always respected how much effort he put into his craft, both at the rink and in the classroom, which rubbed off on me even years after he graduated. On a lighter note, perhaps our closest connection is the joy we take in performing the most exaggerative imitations of those around us: our hockey coach, countless professors, and teammates just to name a few. Chances are, if you are at this wedding and know me and Razor, you have probably been imitated before. I don’t even want to think about how many times I’m going to need to resist using my classic Razor impression voice at his wedding. All in all, Razor is a lifelong friend that I am forever thankful for. I’m honored to be with you during your big day and I’m so excited to see the life that you and Lydia build together.

Hey everyone! I'm Jonathan, and I currently work at US Bank as a software engineer. I couldn't be more excited for Ray and Lydia, and I cannot wait for them to tie the knot in June. I had the pleasure of playing two years of hockey with Ray at St. Olaf College, and after a couple of interactions, it was clear he was smart. Like REALLY smart. I look up to Ray in many ways, and I owe a good part of my academic success at St. Olaf to him. I was returning to school after three years of junior hockey, and Ray showed me that you can play hockey AND excel in the classroom at the same time. Outside of academics, Ray is one of the funniest people I've ever met, and I have numerous memories with him that I'll cherish for the rest of my life. From late nights scrambling to get our BluBoost pitch ready for Ole Cup, Annual Sweepfests with Benny and Tim, sushi + sauna outings, Red House parties, and countless other memories, Ray has become a brother to me. I appreciate him more than he knows, and I couldn't be happier that he found his lifetime partner in Lydia.

Lukas Haugen — Class of 2024. I had the pleasure of playing on the St. Olaf Hockey Team with Ray for three seasons. I met Rayzor quickly… he stood out as our immediate CGO. As a three-year CGO (Chief Grind Officer) Ray set a high bar. No one could compare with his academic rigor, athletic effort, and all-around discipline. The kid worked hard. He still does. A true shining star. Our time in Tokyo, Japan was highlighted by his linguistic expertise and uncanny sense of direction. ARIGATOGOZAIMASU RAY!!
