NYS COVID-19 Event Restrictions

Due to COVID-19 NYS restrictions, we have had to cut back our guest list by half. To our family and friends who don't receive an invite, thank you for being understanding of the current environment. We love you all and wish you nothing but the best. Hopefully we can all be together again soon and celebrate then!

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, then it should be just you Some guests may no longer receive a plus one due to COVID-19 NYS restrictions on venue capacity and we want to thank our guests for being understanding since we want as many of our loved ones to attend as possible!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But be sure to wear your dancing shoes! Ladies, please keep in mind that our venue is a barn, and the floor is made of dirt so taking your shoes off will not be an option (you may want to skip the heels and open toes)

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids- we really do. But, if your kids were not listed out on your invitation, then they are not invited. Think of our wedding as your night off! This is an adult only celebration

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will be outside on the lawn with our cocktail hour and reception to immediately follow inside the barn

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. While we are happy you don't want to forget any memories of our special day, we have paid for a professional photographer that will be taking photos during the ceremony and throughout the night. So don't worry, relax, and put your cameras and phones away so we can all enjoy the special day. We'll be able to share our beautiful pictures with you all!

A note on gifts

Answer

We were very fortunate that we received almost all the gifts on our bridal registry! Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If you wish to give us a gift anyways, we would greatly appreciate a monetary one. We can use it towards our home renovation savings or our honeymoon fund. Thank you do much!
