How are you able to host your wedding?
Answer
The safety and well being of our guests is of paramount importance to us, therefore, we will be strictly adhering to NJ and CDC guidelines. We will be celebrating in a tented area outdoors. In addition to the tented reception area, there are many seating areas and decks around the property that will be available.

I'm hesitant to attend a large event given COVID-19
Answer
We completely understand your hesitations and concerns. The world is in an unprecedented state. We want you to make the decision that is best for you and your health. We wish this never happened and the wedding could be what we had originally planned, but after countless hours of discussion and thought, we have decided this is personally how best for us to proceed. We believe with proper social distancing coupled with being outdoors we will be able to host a safe celebration.

Will I be able to go inside the venue?
Answer
Restrooms inside will be accessible, please wear a mask when going indoors.The ceremony and reception will all be outside. No food or drinks are currently allowed to be served indoors in NJ so indoor space will not be utilized. If something changes with the guidelines between now and then, some indoor space may be utilized.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail Attire. There will be fans inside the tent, but please dress so you are comfortable for the summer weather.

Where and when is the wedding?
Answer
Thursday, July 16, 2020. The ceremony and reception will take place at the original venue - Bear Brook Valley, 23 Players Blvd., Fredon, NJ. The ceremony begins at 6PM.

Please RSVP by Friday, June 26th on our website.
Question
What are the hotel accommodations?
Answer
Hotel accommodations have been made and can be found under the Travel tab. Please make arrangements ASAP. If you book outside of the room block please shoot us a note, as planning transportation from the hotel will be impacted by social distancing guidelines. Transportation will still be provided but ensuring we have an accurate guest count will allow for trips to be scheduled appropriately.
