Both having attended Oklahoma Christian University, Keaton and I had known of each other throughout college. It wasn't until our junior year, however, that our paths began to cross more often. Keaton lived with some of my very good friends that year, and (thankfully) began to spend more and more time with us. I didn't think much of it at first, but the more time we spent together, the more aware I became that this guy was something special. Now, in my lack of dating experience I had no clue what to do to get his attention. But, the perfect opportunity made itself available when our friends took a ski trip to Albuquerque, NM. I was sneaky enough to manipulate the seating arrangements to where we got to sit by each other the whole 14 hour drive (there AND back), and the rest was history. (Shoutout to bridesmaid Allison Robinett for partaking in this scheming, I owe ya one)! But, on a more serious note, we are so incredibly thankful for everyone who has played a part in our relationship and in our lives in general. We have truly gotten to know each other in a way that I have never known anybody, and I know that knowledge will only continue to grow.
