Nate has been my right hand man since 2nd grade. We've been a part of each other's lives for so for so long I genuinely do not remember a time when he wasn't in my life. He has been by my side through every single step of life, even when I wasn't by his. The most genuine and goofy guy of all time. He's been such a blessing and has always pointed me back to what is important.

Claire is my little sister, but more importantly, my built in best friend of almost 20 years now. It took quite a long time for us to be able to call each other such, but I wouldn't trade that journey for the world. It has truly been such a joy to watch Claire grow, change, and mature into the woman she is today. She is so passionate about the things she cares about, and her spunk and sassiness never fail to others laugh. It truly wouldn't be my wedding day unless Claire was standing next to me!
Luke Ryan

Luke and I were inseparable in high school. Wherever I was, he was there too and vice versa. We have been through thick and thin together and we've spent hours upon hours sharing the deepest parts of our past and the biggest hopes of our future. It was quite the shift when I moved to Columbus, because like I said we were inseparable. Although, me and Luke have still maintained our deep friendship. Yes, it looks different now, but I know I can always count on him when I need it.
Madelyn Hollis

Madelyn is one of my closest and longest-lasting friends. We have known each other quite literally since day 1! We grew up going to church together and have stayed close since. I was in Madelyn's wedding as well and I'm so excited to soon share this new phase of life with her! Madelyn is a gentle, welcoming, and comforting presence to anybody who comes across her. Lifetime friendships are such a gift and I'm is so blessed by this one!
Griffin Rigel

My fellow ginger. Griff and I have known each other since sophomore year, but got really close when we led a Bible study together junior year. Ever since then, Griff has been there. He is simply the most loyal guy I've ever met. He is the greatest listener and has one of the most gentle, calming presences I've ever encountered. He is always the first guy to pray for me and give me encouragement. It's been one of the greatest blessings to walk through college with this guy.
Madeline Burcham

Madeline is another one of my closest friends of mine who I've known since forever! We've shared a lot of life and have many memories together, spanning from playing with Barbie dolls in the church nursery, to going on mission trips in high school youth group together. One thing I admire about Maddy is how she is truly so passionate about and hardworking in her endeavors, but she always invites the Lord into those things and does them for Him. Although Maddy now lives in Tulsa, OK, this friendship is one that has stood the test of time and distance!!

Cousin by blood. Prior to high school, we viewed each other as just that... cousins. But once high school hit, I started to view Zeek as one of my best friends. There isn't anyone out there I'd rather sit down and have a beer with. The thing I admire most about Zeek is he has an incredibly big heart and cares deeply for the people around him.

Kelsey was one of the first few friends I made in college, and she has been a steady presence in my life ever since the day we met at the Cru BBQ freshman year! Not only do we share a birthday, but also years of memories, lots of laughs until our stomachs hurt, the best inside jokes and bits, and road trips full of spontaneous adventure. Kelsey is an incredible thoughtful, gentle, and Christ-like friend, and knowing her has been a gift from God.

I met Kevin my freshman year of college through Cru. He quickly became one of my best friends. Ever since then, Kevin has walked with me through a lot of hard moments and because of that it cultivated one of the deepest friendships I've ever had. He has really pushed me toward the Lord unlike anyone in my life. He continuously speaks truth in my life, especially when in the midst of seasons where I look down on myself. He is simply one of the funniest dudes I've ever met and knows how to put a smile on my face.

I also met Sarah my freshman year and my life has been so much more silly and fun and adventurous ever since. I've had the joy of living with her for the past 3 years, serving in Cru alongside her and leading worship together when we were students. Sarah is also incredibly wise and often whom I turn to first for wise counsel. I am so grateful for Sarah's friendship - it is one that embodies Proverbs 27:17 so well; iron sharpening iron.

Ryan and I went to high school together and met through the golf team. Our common interest in making the most out of high school made us bond very quickly. Through multiple 3am trips to GetGo and endless hours on the golf course, Ryan became one of my best friends. He has always been my biggest fan and is one of the most kind hearted individuals I've ever met.

I had a big friend crush on Sydney the day I met her because I loved her outfit and thought she seemed really cool. Fast forward to now and we have been close friends since then! In the 2 years we lived together, I don't think I've ever laughed more. She is one of the funniest individuals I know, and brings so much laughter into the life of anybody who has the joy of knowing her. But she also has a really intentional side and her deep devotion to the Lord is something I've looked up to so much! Everybody needs a Syd in their life!

I've known Eli for a few years, but didn't become friends with him until last year. He is really good friends with Lydia, and so when we started dating me and Eli got closer. He is one of the most real, authentic, and funny dudes I know and he is such an amazing example of what it means to be a husband (He is married to Avery if you couldn't tell by the last names).

Avery and I met freshman year, despite growing up five minutes down the road from each other. I have been so lucky to share so much of life with Avery; living together, spending a summer on a mission trip in Chicago together, being in her wedding as well, and now she is my coworker! Getting to work with one of my best friends has been one of my greatest joys this year. I often describe her as being a "comfort person" for me. Avery is a deeply thoughtful friend, remembering little details about people and making them feel cared for. I'm so excited to share this upcoming season of my life with a friend like her by my side!

Mase and I met working together at the Lake Club sophomore year of high school. He quickly became a dear friend and someone I always enjoyed being around. He knows how to make someone feel like they are seen and loved. The things we've bonded over have changed quite a bit since we met. We do not talk all that much, but still stay in consistent contact. We find ourselves on the phone a few times a month, which usually last 90 minutes minimum. I admire his willingness to follow the Lord, even when it is different then what he wants.

Hannah and I met freshman year and our friendship has been an incredible blessing from day 1. I had the joy of living with her for 2 years in college, and with that came so many joys, laughs and memories shared. Hannah feels like sunshine personified, and her joy in any circumstance is something I aspire to also have. Her prayer life is something that I truly admire; her deep friendship with the Lord pushes her to prayer as a first response and I've learned much from Hannah because of this. What a gift it is to have a friend like Hannah!

Ben is my brother-in-law and it has been such a joy to get to know him over the years of him and Emma dating. He has been such an amazing example of what it means to be a husband. He treats Emma the way that she deserves. I am very protective of my sister and the fact she ended up with him is an answered prayer and a major blessing. He is very handy and has taken the time plenty of times to teach me how to do things. That shows his heart and his willingness to help others.

Emma is Joey's older sister and I'm ecstatic to call her sister soon as well! If you are wondering what Emma is like, here is the perfect story; the first time we ever talked, mind you, on the phone and before Joey and I were even dating, she invited me on her bachelorette party. This is just one example of the kindness Emma has shown me, and she's a big part of the reason that I have always felt so welcomed into the Worsencroft family! I'm so glad to gain Emma as the big sister that I always wanted!

Jake is Lydia's brother, and he's been such a cool add-on to joining the Ernst family. He could make the most boring things fun. When I go to Kettering to visit and he is not there, a part of me gets really bummed out. Jake and I have gotten along ever since we've met, and it has been such a blessing to dive deeper into that relationship.

Jenna is my brother's girlfriend of many years, but more importantly, she is a treasured friend of mine. It has been an absolute joy to have Jenna be a part of the our family for so long now, and she truly feels like a sister to me. Jenna moved to Columbus around 2 years ago and it's been fun to have her a lot closer. Jenna is such a gentle, kind and thoughtful friend and I'm so glad that she'll be standing by my side when I get married!
