Dinner after Rehearsals for the Wedding Party and their families. Casual wear.
Meal will be provided on site after rehearsal
Saturday, June 3, 2023
Arrival
1:45 pm - 2:15 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxedos and formal dresses are welcome, but a suit or a sundress will do well.
Ceremony will be held under Dance Hall pavilion. Bride & Groom's families will have seating arrangements, with more info for guests upon arrival. Park will be open for public access yet the Dance Hall, Overlook Pavilion, and both dining pavilions will be reserved for wedding guests only. Front parking will be reserved for Bride & Groom as well as available for handicapped access. Park has multiple bathrooms available and are wheelchair friendly.
Ceremony
2:15 pm - 2:45 pm
Cocktail Party
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
There will be a few bites with drinks and refreshments. Wedding games and mingling are encouraged!
Wedding Party Photoshoot
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Wedding Attire
Wedding Party will proceed for pictures immediately following Ceremony. Wedding Guests are welcome to Refreshments under dining pavilion.
Reception Dinner
4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Refreshments to follow Ceremony with the Reception Dinner to be served at 4:00pm. Park will be open for public access yet the Dance Hall, Overlook Pavilion, and both dining pavilions will be reserved for wedding guests only. Front parking will be reserved for Bride & Groom as well as available for handicapped access. Park has multiple bathrooms available and are wheelchair friendly.
Travel from Pen Mar Park to Aquatic Center
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
1 Washabaugh Way, Chambersburg, PA 17201
The pool will be open exactly at 8pm. During this time frame, it will account for travel and for rest stops before pool opens.
After Party
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Bring your favorite swimwear, towels, shoes, snacks, drinks, and chairs (optional).
Lifeguards will be on duty. Feel free to relax on the lazy river, swim in 2 Olympic-sized pools, enjoy the kid's play pool areas, rock climb above the deep end, slide down one of three exciting, 2-story tall slides, grill, play volleyball, mini golf, or basketball! Food allowed inside, but snack bar will be closed. Locker rooms available & wheelchair friendly. BYOB (no glass bottles are allowed on pool premise).
