Free Admission, but not free parking. Union Station has its own Streetcar stop, so if you catch the Kansas City Streetcar you can exit there! Open 6AM - 12AM.

RideKC Streetcar

RideKC Streetcar

Hop on the KC Streetcar at one of the many stops and explore the city. The streetcar is free and can take you to the main hubs of KC.

City Market (accessible via the River Market stop on the Streetcar) has a farmers market, restaurants, local vendors, coffee, and much more to explore. 8AM - 4:30PM

First Fridays at the Crossroads Arts District

First Friday for September is scheduled to occur on September 6th! While vendors set up mid-morning, we suggest arriving in the afternoon or early evening. First Friday highlights local artists and vendors and always guarantees a good time. Feel free to use the map on the First Friday website as a guide - or follow the crowd!

The West Bottoms District comes to life the first weekend of each month. Open from 9AM - 5PM, this area is filled with antique shops, food trucks, and other fun activities.

Overland Park's weekly farmers market offers a great opportunity to explore historic downtown Overland Park. While there, make sure to swing by Monstera's Books, Made In KC, Parisi or Homer's Coffee Shop! The market runs on Saturdays 7:30AM - 1PM.
