Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at The Tate House. The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, but the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie optional. Tuxedos or dark suits with a tie or bow tie are appropriate for gentlemen, and ladies may wear a floor-length gown, an elegant midi dress, or a formal cocktail dress. When should I RSVP?

We kindly ask that you respond by August 15th. Please RSVP on our website under the RSVP tab.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, so we recommend you aim to arrive at 5:00pm to ensure you are comfortably seated on time.

How should I get there?

Answer

The venue has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. You can Uber, but please keep in mind Ubers will be limited in that area after the event. We would highly suggest reserving an Uber ahead of time if you do not plan to drive.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the venue's age restrictions, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!
