Rush Hour
DC is notorious for its rush hour traffic. Friday traffic can be even worse, especially if you are travelling on I-495 and I-95 S. Therefore, if possible, it is advised that you try to avoid travelling from DC to Fredericksburg between 4:00 PM- 7:00 PM.
