COVID NOTICE

Answer

While we want to celebrate our marriage and soon to arrive baby with everyone, we also want everyone to be healthy. If you have been sick recently, or have been around those who are sick, please kindly send your condolences and do not attend. This will be a large gathering, and dinner will be served indoors. You are welcome to wear masks, but this will not be a requirement of guests. Covid vaccines are also not a requirement. Thank you for being respectful of each individual person's choices in regard to this matter.

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

The venue is Country Lane Lodge and it is located at: 29300 Prospect Circle, Adel, Iowa 50003 There is plenty of parking available, though the driveway is narrow.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! We are keeping things casual and family friendly, so please bring the kids - there will be plenty of room to run around.

Venue Loft

Answer

The venue does have a small upstairs loft with some seating available that overlooks the main floor area. Children are only allowed in the loft area while being supervised by an adult in a 1 adult to 4 kids ratio. There is plenty of room downstairs and outside for kids to play so please try to keep the loft usage to a minimum.

What is for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by Lidderdale Catering. Dessert will be catered by Sweet Swirls Ice Cream Truck.

Smoking and Alcohol

Answer

Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided free of charge. The venue does have a bar with alcoholic drinks available as well. We will be hosting an open bar from 5:30 to 6:30 during dinner; outside this time you will need to purchase your own alcoholic drinks. There is to be no outside beverages on property, including the parking lot. There is a designated smoking area assigned by the venue. Please abide by their rules and keep the place clean as we have to clean up at the end of the night!

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Sorry, you will have to provide your own transportation. There is plenty of parking available. You may car pool. If you plan on consuming alcohol you may leave your vehicle overnight at the venue as long as it is picked up by 10 AM Sunday.

What if it rains?

Answer

If it rains we will still have our event at the same location as there is plenty of space indoors.
