The maid of honor, Lydia's sister, built-in best friend, and the person who knows all Lydia's flaws and still agreed to stand next to me in public. She’s a teacher, which explains her endless patience and her ability to keep people in line with just a look. She loves to read (because silence is her favorite luxury), and she’s an amazing mom to her son, Oliver. She somehow balances all of this while being married to her husband, Matt, who deserves a medal and fits perfectly into our chaos. She’s been Lydia's biggest supporter, Lydia's voice of reason, and my personal reality check, and Lydia wouldn’t survive this day—or life—without her.
Carly Bosch

Lydia's best friend Carly is the person she met in college and somehow never got rid of—mostly because she’s basically Lydia's fraternal twin. She loves to read, travel, and do crafts like she’s preparing for both a backpacking trip and a Pinterest emergency at all times. She’s also heading to PA school, which makes perfect sense because she’s smart, caring, and already gives unsolicited but usually correct advice. Carly has been Lydia's adventure buddy, emotional support human, and the person who understands Lydia without words, and Lydia truly doesn’t know how lucky she is!
Lauren D'Amour

Lauren is the friend Lydia met while working in the lab, and the actual reason Lydia's thesis got finished. She is incredibly smart (like casually solves problems the rest of us are panicking about smart) and somehow makes science look effortless. When she’s not saving experiments or Lydia's sanity, she’s reading, traveling, shopping, or enthusiastically loving anything involving cats, Japan, or science—which, honestly, explains a lot. She’s equal parts brilliant, curious, and fun, and Lydia is forever grateful she got a labmate who turned into a lifelong friend.
Emily Key
Bridesmaid
Emily is someone Lydia has known literally since birth, which means they’ve done everything together—from annoying their older sisters to casually traveling to Switzerland like it was no big deal. Emily has seen Lydia at her absolute best and her absolute worst and still stuck around, which truly says it all. They somehow managed to graduate at the same time and get engaged in the same year, because apparently doing life separately was never an option. Emily is an absolute trooper who can handle anything life throws at her with sass and confidence. She loves dogs more than most humans, which is exactly why she’s the best vet, and she has an amazing fiancé, Nate, who fits perfectly. Lydia honestly doesn’t know life without her—and doesn’t want to.
Brittany Kelly

Brittany is Austin’s sister, and Lydia knew instantly they would be best friends—mostly because of their shared Type A personalities and their unmatched ability to handle Austin. She’s an amazing nurse who somehow manages to take care of everyone around her while still finding time to shop like it’s a competitive sport. She’s also a wonderful mom to her two beautiful children and has an incredible husband, Zack. Brittany is equal parts organized, fun, and supportive, and Lydia couldn’t be happier to have gained her as both a sister-in-law and a best friend.
Ashlyn Howe

Ashlyn shares Lydia’s love for reading, shopping, and coffee—arguably the three pillars of a strong friendship. She has amazing fashion sense and a refreshingly blunt personality, which is exactly why they get along so well. Ashlyn tells it like it is, looks incredible doing it, and somehow always has the best outfit in the room. She also got married to Blake this year, which makes Lydia extra grateful to have found a friend who’s both honest and going through wedding chaos at the same time.
Jacob Cannon
Groomsman
Jacob is one of those people that could get along with just about anyone. He’s naturally funny, easygoing, and genuinely one of the realest people you’ll meet. He can be a bit quiet at first, but mention music, video games, or Clemson football and you’ll have him talking for hours. His friendship with Austin began with them watching tv between shared classes in college, but they’ve heavily bonded over their love of Call of Duty Zombies and Mac Miller’s music since (Jacob even named his dog “Mac” after Austin pushed him into getting one). He’s marrying his fiance, Logan, in April 2026 and resides in Summerville, SC.
Robby Norton

Robby met Austin in college over a game of pool and the two have been best friends and pool partners ever since. He is southern to the core, loves basketball, and is always planning his next trip somewhere new. When he’s not traveling or talking hoops, he’s usually in the kitchen experimenting with a new meal and cooking for his friends (and his cats). His laid-back personality, generosity, and sense of adventure make him an easy guy to be around and an even better friend to have standing beside the groom

Woody is the kind of guy you can’t help but laugh around. Equal parts goofy and accidentally clumsy, he’s usually tripping over something or knocking something over—but somehow it all just adds to his charm. Behind the chaos, though, he’s one of the most dependable people you’ll ever meet. No matter what’s going on, he shows up, follows through, and always has your back. He can strike up a conversation with literally anyone, anywhere, and by the end of it they’re swapping stories like old friends.

Blake may be a man of few words… until you mention football or the gym. Once those topics come up, there’s no stopping him! Quiet by nature but big on passion, he’s the guy you want on your team whether you’re debating the latest game or hashing out workout tips. He’s also marrying Austin’s sister, Ashlyn, in April 2026.
Chris Howe
Best Man
Chris isn’t just the groom’s dad, he’s also Austin’s best friend and lifelong twin. From day one, they’ve been side by side, and that bond has shaped just about everything. A die-hard Clemson fan who can talk sports for hours, Chris brings passion and energy to everything he does. More importantly, he’s steady, hardworking, and always leads by example. He’s the guy who taught Austin what it means to be a man and take care of the people you love. Serving as both father and best man, there’s truly no one more fitting to stand next to him on this day.

The man thats gonna try to steal the show on the dance floor. Kayden is the kid that made Austin an uncle. Bring up hockey, baseball, or chick-fil-a to this little guy and you’ll see him light up! Does not like ketchup.
Oliver
Ring Bearer
Lydia’s nephew Oliver is sure to steal the show! With his adorable red curly hair, endless energy, obsession with popcicles, and love for dancing to absolutely any beat, he keeps everyone smiling. Whether he’s singing along to *NSYNC* or requesting “Baby Shark” for the hundredth time, he brings so much joy wherever he goes. We’re so excited to have him as our ring bearer on our special day!
