Gateway Arch National Park
About 30 minute drive from Edwardsville and Grafton. What to Expect: Take the tram ride to the top for stunning views of the city and the Mississippi River. The Gateway Arch Museum offers exhibits about the history of the Westward Expansion. The park surrounding the Arch is a beautiful area to stroll, with picnic spots and a view of the river.
Forest Park
About 30 minute drive from Edwardsville and Grafton. What to Expect: This massive park is one of the largest in the U.S. and offers a ton of activities for all ages. Forest Park is home to some of the best attractions in the city: St. Louis Zoo (free admission)!! The Muny- live outdoor theatre St. Louis Art Museum St. Louis Science Center
Anheuser-Busch St. Louis Brewery
About 30 minute drive from Edwardsville and Grafton. What to Expect: The Anheuser-Busch Brewery offers a fascinating tour that walks through the brewing process, along with the history of the company. Of course, the tour ends with a beer tasting!

Great family-owned Italian restaurant in Edwardsville with traditional, homemade dishes. Small location, reservations are recommended.
The Loading Dock
