What time should I get there?

Please arrive between 4:30-4:45 pm as the wedding ceremony will promptly start at 5:00 pm.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your children, this is an adults only event with limited space. We cannot accommodate any children or infants. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for everyone to join us in dressing up for the occasion! We’re requesting semi-formal attire for the event. For our male guests, please avoid jeans, shorts, sneakers, and t-shirts. Ladies, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing mini dresses, jeans, and any shades of white, cream, or ivory. Thank you for helping us make our big day even more special!

Can I bring a plus one/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be addressed to “[Your Name] and [Your Date’s Name].” When you search your name in the RSVP tab, all invited guests in your party will be listed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Where should I park?

The Birchwood provides free parking on site! However, there is a limited amount of 100 spots, so we highly encourage you to carpool with your family or friends!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, while cocktail hour will be held outdoors!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will be serving wine, beer, and seltzers. Please plan your transportation accordingly if you decide to indulge!
