If you are flying or not wanting to drive most of the weekend, Uber and Lyft are great means of transportation around Little Rock. If you are spending your time in downtown Little Rock, the trolly can get you a lot of places and can even take you across the river to North Little Rock. The trolly is $1 each time you ride.
