Question

How & When should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RVSP by April 1st 2025. All RSVP's received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline. *The RSVP deadline has passed and it is now closed*

Question

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 12:00 PM sharp so we recommend arriving around 11:30 AM to take your seats.

Question

When should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

The reception starts at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving around 3:30 to make time for parking and walking over to the venue.

Question

How will parking work?

Answer

Our venue partners with Bowers Museum which sits right across the street from the venue. There will be a big lot with plenty of parking. Depending on the day, there may or may not be a parking attendant. If one is present, parking will be $6 dollars. If there is no parking attendant present, then parking is free! You will then cross the street over to the venue.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear formal/black tie attire. This can include floor length dresses and suit attire. We are looking forward to dressing up with our guests. Please refrain from shorts, jeans or wearing any white, ivory, or champagne.

Question

Will the wedding be inside/outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoor inside of our Catholic church. The reception will take place both outdoors/indoors. The outdoor section of our venue will be covered by an awning to provide shade. The venue will have flat cement so no need to worry about grass or gravel.

Question

How does seating work?

Answer

Upon arriving to the venue, there will be a seating chart. Please find your party's name on the spine of a book and find your table number. Once at your assigned table, you can take a seat at any chair at that table.

Question

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be a plate of traditional Mexican food served with rice and beans. There will be kids meals provided for children. Dinner will be served for any person the age of three and above.

Question

Will there be alcohol and what should I do about driving?

Answer

Yes, there will be alcohol beverages. There will be a cash bar for guests who would like to enjoy some drinks! The venue will stop serving alcoholic beverages at 10 PM. Please note, that guests cannot leave their car overnight. Please make arrangements to be dropped off if you do not plan on being able to drive home.

Question

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
