When Do I Need To RSVP By?

We kindly ask that everyone RSVP using our website or communicate with the bride or groom no later than June 1st! If you have not RSVP'd before then, we will be sending reminders up until August 1st. After that date has passed and there is no notice to the bride or groom, we will assume you are not attending.

What Do I Wear?
Answer
Dress for our August celebration with elegance and ease! We recommend formal attire that keeps you comfortable in the summer heat. Ladies, embrace bright colors and delightful floral patterns in lightweight fabrics like linen or chiffon. Gentlemen, opt for a crisp collared shirt paired with a light or neutral-toned suit (feel free to remove your jacket as needed). For additional color inspiration, please reference the bridal party palette on our event schedule.

What Time Should I Arrive at the Ceremony?

We recommend arriving between 2:40 PM and 2:45 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat before our ceremony begins at 3:00 PM sharp. Please note that once the processional starts, guests will not be permitted to enter the ceremony space to avoid disrupting the celebration.

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Our professional photographer and videographer will beautifully capture every special moment, so we invite you to be fully present and enjoy the celebration. Our officiant will provide a gentle reminder to set aside phones and cameras, allowing you to immerse yourself in the love and joy of our wedding day.

Are Kids Welcome?

We kindly request an adults-only celebration. Please honor the names listed on your invitation and do not bring children. If your invitation includes "and guest," we ask that guests be 18 years or older.

What's the Parking Situation?
Answer
The Woodmark Hotel will cover up to two hours of parking time in their dedicated spaces, after that two hours, guests will be responsible for their own vehicles parking fees, which will equate to around $15-$23 depending on how long you stay and celebrate with us!
