Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

When you RSVP online, a list of those invited in your party will come up and/or your invitation will indicate if a plus one is invited. Please do not assume a guest is included if they are not listed on the RSVP page of the website as they will not be included in the seating chart. If you are unsure, reach out. Thank you!

What are my Lodging Options?

Answer

Guests can stay at the Pines Resort Suites or Chalets, the Forks Cabins, AirBNB or can utilize all the hotels in Oakhurst. Please note if you choose to stay in Oakhurst it is about 10 miles away and Rideshare is not available in the mountains. Drink responsibly!

When do I need to RSVP?

Please RSVP by September 20, 2025. If we do not hear from you, we will put you down as declined.

What is the weather like in Bass Lake this time of year?

Answer

The weather will be a high of mid 70s and a low to mid 40s in the evening. Heaters will be available, dress and pack accordingly! We suggest checking the weather before coming.

If I have questions the day of regarding the Wedding, who can I contact?

Answer

Please refrain from contacting the bride or groom the weekend of the wedding with event related questions as they will be unavailable. Melissa Torres, Mother of the Bride and Maid of Honor is available to answer your questions via text only at 559.916.0185.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We have made sure to include your little ones in your invitation count. Please RSVP accordingly. For adult children, if invited you will see their names listed with your party.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM Saturday. Anyone who comes in late will be asked to observe the ceremony from the reception deck.

How to do I find the Gazebo Lawn and Gazebo Deck?

Answer

If lost or unsure, guests can ask any employee of the Pines Resort Staff Member in for walking directions. If you are at Ducey’s restaurant, the wedding will be to your left, past the pool, and alongside the lake.

Do I have to get lodging?

Answer

It is highly recommended that the wedding party (Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Parents) book lodging Friday - Sunday for the weekends events. All other guests, it is recommended you book lodging for Saturday night.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is formal wedding attire please.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Suites and Chalets are walking distance to the Ceremony and Reception. If you will be traveling from Oakhurst, an Airbnb, or The Forks, please plan your transportation accordingly.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The Rehearsal Dinner will take place Friday, October 24 for the Wedding Party only (Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Parents). A farewell brunch will be on Sunday, October 26 at Ducey's restaurant.
