Guests are asked to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for seating before we say "I do!" The ceremony will begin right on time at 3pm.

Question

Answer

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, we're only able to include those listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Answer

Although we love your kids, we've decided to keep our celebration adults only. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun night out with us!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely - please include any dietary restrictions or food allergies when submitting your RSVP so we can ensure you're well taken care of.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the church, while a small adjacent lot exists, it is not guaranteed for all guests and may fill quickly. Street parking and nearby garages like Gateway Parking Garage are recommended alternatives. Valet parking will be available at the reception to make your arrival time as easy as possible.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes - we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy the evening and open bar responsibly, so transportation will be provided to and from the reception. Shuttles depart from the Loews Hotel every 15 minutes beginning at 5:15pm. Shuttles will begin a return service at 11:30pm.
