Are flights included?

Answer

No, we have decided not to group the resort and flights into one set price as flight prices will fluctuate. We recommend watching the prices out of different airports around us (Tri-Cities, Asheville, or Charlotte) to get the best rates. (You will fly into the Cancun Airport - CUN) You can also download the Hopper app to watch the rates for you and notify you when they drop.

Is there transportation to and from the resort from the airport?

Answer

Yes. When booking through our travel agent, Cheroxie, your transportation to/from the airport is already taken care of & included in the price.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome! This is a family friendly resort & they have lots of activities for children on the resort.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal/dressy casual for the wedding. For the resort, some restaurants require a dress code of “shirts or T-shirts with sleeves and long pants or formal bermuda shorts, for the gentlemen”

Am I required to be vaccinated?

Answer

No, as of right now the only requirement is a negative Covid test upon returning to the US. You can schedule to be tested through the resort for $25 per person. We will update you if this changes.

Are masks required?

Answer

Yes, in certain areas of the resort they do require you to wear a mask. (Ex: when going to a restaurant)

How long will the bride and groom be there?

Answer

We will be arriving Saturday, October 15th and returning Saturday, October 22nd.
