Are there any hotels near the venue?
Answer
Unfortunately Leicester is a small farming town and Asheville is the closest town with hotel options.

Will you be running a shuttle afterwards to hotels?
Answer
No we will not be, although we are offering an open bar and want everyone to have a great night please arrange for a safe ride back to your hotel/house.

Will there be WiFi?
Answer
No there will not be. The venue does not offer WiFi and service in the area is minimal.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
In your GPS you can enter Timber Hall Events or 45 Timber Hall Events Ln. Leicester, NC 28748. Since cell phone reception is spotty you might want to print off or take a picture of the directions.

Can I take pictures on my phone?
Answer
We love pictures, and it’s going to be a beautiful wedding, but please no pictures during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will capture every moment. After the ceremony feel free to snap as many pictures as you would like!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 please plan to arrive at least 20-35 minutes early to park and find your seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there is parking on-site and an attendant will be there to direct.

Absolutely, the menu will be gluten free, but if you have a restriction please let us know.

What’s included in the taco bar?
Answer
You will have your choice of steak or chicken tacos with corn tortillas, refried beans, rice, and of course chips, salsa, and queso.

What will the non-alcoholic drinks be?

We will be serving water and lemonade.

Will there be cake?
Answer
We will be having a small cake for the bride and groom and immediate family. There will be a dessert bar for everyone that will have cupcakes, cookies, and candy.
