Staying in NYC & don't have a car? Take the Short Line Bus from the NYC Port Authority, near Times Square, to the West Point Visitors Center. Takes 1hr. 40min. and costs approx $15 each way.

Two options. 1) Zip Car (www.zipcar.com/new-york-city) - MUST be done in advance. 2) Rental car at the airport. If you stay at the NJ hotel (above) you need a car to drive to The Thayer. Car pool?!
