We will only accommodate guests who were formally addressed on the invitation.
For Friday, you will need to find a way to Hollywood studios and we will meet you in front of the park with our event guide to escort us inside. If you’re staying at Pop Century, you can hop on the Skyliner. If you’re staying at Grand Floridian or Port Orleans: Riverside, you can hop on a resort bus to Hollywood :) For Saturday, we will have a bus going around to ONLY the three resorts listed to scoop you all up. (Around 7:00pm) If you aren’t planning on staying on property, you will have to arrange your way to one of those three hotels for pickup. At the conclusion, we will also transport you back to your pickup location! :)
For our welcome party we encourage business casual. Men are suggested to wear polos & khaki shorts! Women are suggested to wear casual dresses/rompers/skirts. For the ceremony: we’d love to see our family dressed up for our big day. This is a once in a lifetime ceremony so dress to impress in your formal attire. Men should wear dress shirts, jackets, and ties. Women should wear dresses at least at knee length.
Please RSVP by April 2nd, using the RSVP tab in the website menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will need an RSVP response for both Friday’s welcome party and Saturday’s ceremony events.
During our Fantasmic welcome party and our France celebration, we encourage all the selfies and snaps you can take! However, during our ceremony we ask phones be put away so you can be fully present in the spectacular (and expensive) ceremony😊 we have amazing photographers and videographers booked so rest assured, we’ll have some great shots! We will be privately transported backstage to arrive and leave epcot. During that time, Disney has asked guests to have phones away to keep the magic alive.
The welcome party, pre reception, and ceremony will all be outdoors. Plan accordingly for Florida weather. (Personally, I’d bring a poncho and a fan)
Yes! For our ceremony pre reception the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Get ready to celebrate! We also are arranging for your transportation to and from the event. However, if you are not staying on Disney property, we encourage you to Uber.
On Saturday, the bus will be picking guests up around 7pm to ensure enough time for security and entering the park. Our event will officially begin at 9:00pm and the ceremony we estimate ending around 1:00am. (It is a late one so plan accordingly with children, etc).
Our first event is Friday evening and our last event, the ceremony will be concluded Saturday at 1:00am (technically Sunday). So you could swing a long weekend if you wanted to! However: we would be thrilled if you spent time in the parks with us :)
Nope! You don’t need a park ticket to come to our events. However, if you’d like to spend time in the parks before or any other day, you’ll need to purchase a ticket. Through our wedding planner, we can get you discounted park hopper tickets ($20 cheaper) or there is a half day ticket option if you’d like to go after 1pm or 5pm for a discount.
We are not registered anywhere for the wedding. We’d appreciate contributions to our honeymoon fund found in the registry tab :)
