What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm.

What is dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi- Casual. We encourage you to dress comfortably and feel your best! ( No sold black colors as well.) Thank you!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. (Unless other wise) Please plan accordingly for the weather.

Are children invited?

Yes! We love all the little kiddos

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, they will be listed or allows you to add one. Otherwise, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, It will be available at the venue.

What about transportation or hotels?

Answer

There are room blocks for the Doubletree. We are working with hotel to see if they can provide transportation to the wedding and back for guest

Are pictures allowed during wedding ceremony and or reception?

Answer

No, make sure phones are silent.

Will there be food and drinks? Yes! Dinner and drinks will be provided.

Yes! There will be an appetizer during Cocktail hour and Dinner and drinks will be provided. (Cash bar for anything outside of what we provide)
