We were doing what most single people did during covid to find love- swiping on dating apps. We both swiped right on each other via Hinge in September of 2020 and the rest was history. Zach picked me up in his Jeep with flowers on the passenger side and took me on our very first date. It was a “tapas” restaurant in Baltimore City. We both sat down and had an immediate connection. For the past few years, we have learned each others strengths, weaknesses, and everything in between. We have extremely different personality’s, but it somehow works in a beautiful way. We are so much better together (our favorite Luke Combs song hehe). Skip forward to October 11, 2022 when Zach got down on one knee and proposed in Austin, Texas. He was on a nursing travel assignment and we were doing long distance. I went to visit him and we rented an “off grid” dome shaped airbnb on a huge piece of land. No cameras, no family, no friends, just us. It was one of the best moments of our lives. We now share two goofy large Great Danes, Koah and Kylo, who we love dearly, and a beautiful new house in the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan. We are so excited to get married and share this experience with our loved ones!
