We have reserved a small block of rooms at the Hyatt Place Hotel. Below is the booking link for the block, which is the best & easiest way to book. If you prefer to book over the phone, you must call the central reservation line and will need to share the group code with the agent. The block closes one month before the event, on 8/25/25, and any unsold rooms will be released. Any reservation received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

We are not providing shuttle transportation to/from the park, or from the ceremony location to the venue location.
