Maid of Honor
Carmen is Anna's little sister and the best Najee sitter there is. She is known for her infectious smile, caring heart, and being the life of any party. Anna and Carmen on a daily basis, may not act anything alike, but you can expect them both to be the first ones on the dance floor and even the last ones to leave it! They have made great progress in their relationship from disliking each other for sixteen years (you know typical sisters) to spending nearly everyday with each other. Fun fact if you ask Carmen to show you her I.D. she will probably show you her Library card...
Matron of Honor
Anna and Darla began their friendship like any other, thinking they hate each other because well they both have RBF (Google that if you don't know what it stands for). They met slinging coffees together at High Octane Coffee Company and built such a strong friendship that they ended up being neighbors for a few years who played board games every Friday with a craft beer in hand or a whole bottle of wine each. Now they have morning coffee dates, Rupaul watch parties, attempting new hobbies together (pottery is hard) and cute little hangouts with her son Grant.
Bridesmaid
Abby and Anna have been friends for fourteen years. They spent nearly everyday together their senior year of high school. Anna always knew she could count on Abby to agree to any concert from Warped Tour to letting Anna drive from Punxsutawney, PA after her class to pick her up in Canfield, OH to drive all the way to Kent, OH to watch her favorite band to let her drive back to Canfield, OH and all the way back to Punxsutawney, PA all in the same day and not question her choices in life. Abby will light up a room with her contagious laugh and her killer dance moves. Get ready!
Bridesmaid
Kaitlyn and Anna became great friends Anna's freshman year of high school through cross country. They would close down the local Caribou Coffee shop a minimum of two times a week. Kaitlyn went off to Findlay for college and Anna would visit from time to time. Anna's greatest memory of Findlay was when she was invited to Kaitlyn's house party and everyone started playing a card game called, Kings. Anna was quizzed on her types of sheep and tractor knowledge. Now we all know Anna...clearly she lost this game over and over again.
Bridesmaid
Kate and Anna met through their wild Ohio University loving better halves. They instantly hit it off once they realized they both had a love for coffee, beer, food, and laughing at well their better halves. They knew they became great friends after one night of bar hopping at Ohio University and dancing to Up Roar by Lil Wayne at J Bar. Yes Up Roar will be playing at the wedding so they can relive this moment.
Flower Girl
Bailey and Anna were casually friends in high school and then many years later ran into each other at a Market District in Cuyahoga Falls, OH (where they both called home) and ended up becoming good friends. Now they throw on their Doc Martins', crack some PBRs, and rock out to any music playing nearby. Get ready, Bailey is here as our not so traditional flower girl.
Best Man
Sean and Isaiah go way back. They started hanging out in high school after sitting next to each other and finding out they were both the class clowns...the rest was history. They continued to hangout everyday after school playing video games. It became a friendship where they could not look at one another without busting out laughing about something. Now let's throw back cold ones and reminisce about Mac peaches and Izilla the Killa (Isaiah had a very short lived rapping career...very short).
Groomsman
Keith, Keith, Keith...Every guy has that one friend. The rowdy wildcard who you never know where the night takes them. Keith is THAT guy. Isaiah and Keith met at Ohio University when they were dorm neighbors their freshman year. They immediately hit it off and began what was one of the longest binges ever. Keith will always put a smile on your face, unless you talk smack on his Cleveland teams. Keith will be hunkered down by the bar most of the night (probably with Isaiah) but if you want a good laugh try to pick his brain about their college experience.
Groomsman
Alex is the friend that everyone needs. Isaiah and Alex met at Ohio University their freshman year. You could always find Isaiah, Alex and Keith roaming the campus together at anytime. Alex ended up finishing his college days back home in Cincinnati, but that didn't stop him from seeing his buddies when he could. Isaiah and Alex share a love for bourbon and cigars. Isaiah's favorite memory of Alex is when he jokingly told Isaiah that he should become ordained and marry him and his future wife. Alex kept that promise throughout their friendship and brought it to reality just a few years ago. You will absolutely find Alex and his wife, Lauren, at the cigar bar during the reception.
Groomsman
The first time Mike and Isaiah hung out was at a party, where Isaiah helped Mike perform a kegstand. They immediately hit it off and mutual friends turned into best friends as the years progressed. Endless late nights of long stumbling walks down the brick roads of Athens right into the finest restaurant on the block to order chicken and waffles together or starting their days early at the bars in college to just end the night at the diner (Mike, Isaiah, and Keith have a picture on the wall of fame in this diner...if you go to Athens, Ohio yes they will make you check and see if it is still hanging). If you hear Dancing Queen by ABBA it's for Mike (hopefully he will pack this Randy Savage costume you see in this picture) and bust out a few moves.
Groomsman
Isaiah and Joey met through Anna and Darla. Just two dudes hanging out through their significant others turned into them becoming neighbors and playing video games together. You could always find Isaiah and Joey at the end of their driveways talking about "dad stuff" (grass lines, lawnmowers, lawn care, housework, sports (Go Steelers), and new balances). Isaiah's favorite time is when Joey and Darla's dog, Captain, will freak out anytime someone would say "Isaiah" and it's now become a running joke.
Officiant
THE PROPHET...Mike has a mutual friendship through Isaiah and Anna. Mike and Isaiah grew up across the street from each other, getting into god knows what as little tikes. Anna and Mike have been best of friends since middle school. Mike has always been there for Anna through multiple moves, many PBRs, spontaneous tattoo shop stops, and endless trips. Mike was there the moment Anna and Isaiah got engaged in their favorite spot in Pittsburgh. Since the happy couple could not decide which side he should stand on, it only made sense for him to stand right in between.
