Rachel and Aaron would like to strongly encourage guests to take a home Covid test the night before the wedding. We are not requiring masks at the venue, but we do expect our guests to self monitor for symptoms of any respiratory illness. We trust our guests to act in ways that keep our loved ones safe and healthy.

Please arrive at the Winslow Maxwell Outlook at no earlier than 3:30 pm for the ceremony to start promptly at 4:00 pm
Dinner will be served buffet style in an effort to accommodate dietary needs of all kinds. The following dietary needs have been communicated and accommodated by our caterer: Vegetarian, nut allergy, lactose intolerant, and gluten free.

Cocktail style attire is encouraged, but above all we want our loved ones to feel like themselves and be able to dance and have a good time! Some examples of things to wear include long dresses, short dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and heels, wedges or nice flat shoes for ladies; sports coats, hawaiian shirts and khakis, suits and slacks, and dress shoes for gentlemen. If you normally wear a hat, you are welcome to. The ceremony will be outside where you may have to walk on grass or uneven ground, the reception will be indoors
We encourage guests to wear what makes them feel best, that being said, the bridesmaids will be wearing emerald green and the groomsmen and groom will be wearing dark blues. Please reserve white and shades of white for the bride

We are providing transportation for our guests from the Lemon Tree Inn to the Ceremony at the Winslow Maxwell Outlook, from the Ceremony to the Reception at the Cabrillo Pavilion, and from the Reception back to the Lemon Tree Inn. Designated pick up spots will be communicated closer to the date of the Wedding
