Courtyard Cincinnati Airport

For our guests traveling from out of town, we have arranged a hotel room block at the Cincinnati Courtyard Airport. The hotel is near CVG airport with a shuttle that runs from the airport to the hotel. Rooms under this block can be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. The last day to reserve a room is October 15, 2025. Each reservation has its own 48-hour cancellation policy. Click the link to reserve.

Alternative Hotel Options

For guests interested in staying closer to downtown Covington, hotel options include The Raddison, Hotel Covington, and Marriott at Rivercenter. These hotels offer proximity to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Please note we did not reserve room blocks at these hotels.

Transportation

As there is no shuttle service to the ceremony or reception venue, we encourage guests to plan ahead for transportation for the night. Uber and Lyft are typically accessible in our area.
