we're getting married!

Where to even begin? Drew and Lundy have known each other for decades. Going back to the good ole days when Drew played soccer against Lundy's highschool, brothers and friends. It wasn't until a New Year's Eve celebration in Gatlinburg, TN in 2014 that their lives would change forever. Nick and Jordan Longstreth were supposed to attend the celebration but at the last minute, they did not come. Lucky for Drew and Lundy, they were able to hit it off without the brothers around. Who knows what would have happened if those protective brothers had been there? After Gatlinburg, the rest was history. Lundy's life changed in every way a person's life can change. Lundy enrolled herself back in college. She continued to achieve a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in History from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Graduating with honors and making The Dean's list her senior year, taking a 21 hour semester, all with Drew by her side. The absolute best day of their lives. Drew and Lundy had been attempting to do weekly date nights. This particular date night, Drew decided to take it upon himself and pick the location and make his own reservation. He also wanted to make sure Lundy approved of his outfit. Which surprisingly enough, did not tip Lundy off at all. The couple stopped for an appetizer before they went to their date. Drew kept asking Lundy, " are you sure your car is locked?" Lundy replied, " Drew, it's locked and I promise you, there is nothing valuable in there". Little did she know, her dream diamond ring was in her backseat. They went to Top Of The Rock, where Lundy had been wanting to go. Drew had no photographer lined up, no family there, it was just the two of them. Drew asked two strangers to take their picture and told them his plan. To Lundy’s surprise during the picture, after 8 long years, he FINALLY dropped to that knee! They both cried, laughed and rejoiced in the fact we were finally going to be husband and wife.
