Question

Is there Free Parking at the Venue? Is there Free Parking at the Venue?

Answer

Yes, there is Free Parking here. There is one specific parking lot that may be easiest to park in for access to the venue, which is shown in the map above. If this lot fills up, you are welcome to park anywhere parking is permitted throughout the park or on residential side streets.

Question

What time will the Ceremony begin? What time will the Ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm in the Garden Area behind the Pavilion. We ask that guests make sure to plan ahead to give themselves ample time to find parking and get into the venue so that they are in their seats by 3:50pm. Please do not plan on being at the venue earlier than 3:15 to allow our vendors proper space and time to set up for our ceremony and reception.

Question

What is the dress code? What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire. It's May in Colorado, so think floral dresses and light dress shirts! To the ladies, please be mindful that our Ceremony takes place in a grassy area. Wear those stilettos at your own risk! No jeans please.

Question

Are kids welcome?Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all your children, our venue can only accommodate so many guests. If your invite did not specify that you may bring your children, please plan to leave them with a babysitter that night while you enjoy a night of celebrations with us!

Question

What is the weather like in Colorado in May?What is the weather like in Colorado in May?

Answer

It's springtime in Colorado, so even though we are hoping for a beautiful day, we aren't sure what the weather will do. Our Ceremony will be outdoors, with the Reception in open-air space with a protective roof. We recommend sunscreen, coats & jackets, sunglasses, and possibly umbrellas if there is rain. Please be mindful if you plan to bring an umbrella that it does not get in our photographers way.

Question

What is an unplugged ceremony? What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

This will be an Unplugged Ceremony. This means that we ask you to keep your phones away during the Ceremony. Our wonderful photographer will handle the pictures, and we just ask that you be present to enjoy the moment fully. Our officiant will be wearing a mic so you don't need to worry about not being able to hear the couples vows. The Reception will be full of moments to photograph, and we encourage you to do so and share them with us later!
