....well for Chris. Chris & Kristen were both working at their schools summer program in the summer of 2021. Chris, despite getting rejected a few times, stayed persistent. He showed up extra early for work just to run into Kristen in the copy room. He took different routes in school hallways to see her. He even slid into the Instagram DM's multiple times! Eventually, after an evening dinner party hosted by mutual friends at work (thanks Liz Saunders), they began dating on February 12, 2022. Chris and Kristen moved into their apartment together in Manahawkin in April of 2023 after living over an hour apart for the first year of their relationship (from Holmdel to Galloway). Their relationship has been filled with laughter, growth, and most importantly, love. On July 6th, 2024 Chris popped the question on the beach in Beach Haven in Long Beach Island. Unlike the apprehension at the start of their relationship, this was an easy yes for Kristen!
