Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We will have a pre-cocktail hour before the ceremony. Shuttles will start departing the hotel at 2:15pm. Please feel free to arrive as early as 2:30pm to grab a drink and mingle. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside. Cocktail hour has the option to be inside or outside and our reception will take place indoors.

Where do I park?
Answer
There is a parking lot at the venue if you plan to drive. Uber/Lyft are NOT available in this area so please plan to utilize our shuttles to and from the hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be a shuttle looping from both hotels to the venue. Hotel 1 approximate shuttle times: 2:15pm, 2:50pm, 3:25pm Hotel 2 approximate shuttle times: 2:20pm, 2:55pm, 3:30pm Venue back to hotels: Approximately every 30 minutes 9:30-11:30pm

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire, but it is August! Ladies, feel free to wear a dress or pants. Gentleman, we recommend dress pants and a dress shirt. Suits and ties are welcome but not necessary. Please no shorts or jeans!

Are my kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! But this is an adults only event. We hope you can find a sitter, bring your dancing shoes, and enjoy a date night with us! We hope this does not inconvenience you as we just want you to relax and have fun!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that all phones should be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

What are my reception dinner options?
Answer
We are offering... We will accommodate any food allergies or diet restrictions. Please notate during the RSVP process!

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely. Please notate your concern or request during the RSVP process. You can also reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/requests as a secondary precaution.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Of course! Beer, wine, two specialty cocktails, and non alcoholic beverages are on us!
