Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 3 o'clock in the evening. If you will be using our shuttle services please arrive at Waimea Valley parking lot #3 no later than 2:00 PM. Shuttles will leave promptly Waimea Valley at 2:15 to Sunset Ranch.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will deeply miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "no" in the RSVP section of this website so we can plan accordingly.

Is there parking?

Answer

There will be no on-site parking at Sunset Ranch for guests. We have secured guest parking at Waimea Valley in their parking lot #3 with complimentary shuttles to and from Sunset Ranch. Please visit the "shuttles" section of our website for more details. For any handicap or concerns please feel free to contact Luke or Nicole

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal/Aloha formal. Don't stress too much about what to wear - we want everyone to be comfortable and feel good throughout the night. However, please no t-shirts, shorts, or white

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. While most areas will be turf, please note that there will be some grassy areas, so please plan footwear accordingly

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". There will be an announcement during the ceremony where we encourage guests to take pictures on their phones or cameras for a brief moment, then we kindly ask that you put your devices away as the ceremony resumes. Once the ceremony is concluded, please take as many photos & videos as you would like. Share it with us as well! We would love to see your POV!

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. If you have received a plus one, their name will appear on your invitation. If your child/children have been invited, your invitation will be addressed as "(your last name) Ohana". Please feel free to contact us with any questions
