Our story started about 10 years ago at Jim N’ Nicks. Luke had been working there throughout his MTSU days, and Whitney joined during her internship year. After a few weeks of working together, Luke made his move (smoothly, of course) with a simple “did you get home safe?” text—using the gas shortage as his excuse to get her number. From there, things fell into place pretty naturally. What started as a few casual “dates”—often ending at Sam’s Sports Bar after JNN shifts—turned into something much more. We quickly realized how much we enjoyed being together, sharing a love for exploring, hiking, traveling, and making the most out of everyday moments Over the years, that connection has only grown stronger through all the laughter, adventures, and everything in between. And now, we’re here—grateful for where it all started, excited for what’s ahead, and ready to stand side by side as we share our vows and keep this adventure going for the rest of our lives.
