How do I RSVP?

We invite you to RSVP via the "RSVP" page on our wedding website.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Saturday, August 12, 2023. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will consider you "Not Attending."

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue limitations, only the people listed on the invitation will be invited to this event. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults 18 and older. We encourage you to consider this event a date night!

How do I book a room in your hotel block?

Answer

The website to the hotel is linked on the Travel page of our website. Once you follow the link, enter the dates 9/22 - 9/23 and enter the code BHW.

Will there be a shuttle between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle running between the hotel and venue shortly before, during, and after the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will serve an open bar at the reception from 6:00 - 11:30 PM.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We will have hors d'oeurves served prior to dinner and a large buffet at dinner time. Anyone with dietary restrictions will be served a plated meal.

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Due to the restrictions of our church, the ceremony will end at 3:00 PM and reception will begin at 6:00 PM. Please see the "Things to Do" tab on our wedding website for recommendations on entertainment in the meantime.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that guests put away their phones and enjoy the moment during our ceremony. We will be sure to share the photos from our professional photographer with everyone as soon as we get them! Photos will be welcome during the reception.
