We met on a Christian Dating app. Neither of us thought this is how we'd meet "the one" but we're finding out this is actually quite common these days! Our first date was coffee and we were both so nervous so we don't remember a lot of details from our conversation, but we did both know we wanted to continue getting to know each other. From Ben Rector concerts, to OKC roadtrips, OSU campus tours, Ferris wheel rides, coffee dates, trying new restaurants, learning new things like Pickleball, Katy Trail walks...it's all been so fun and the best is yet to come! It's been amazing to see how God has worked in so many ways throughout our relationship. We know God has orchestrated our relationship and are so thankful to be building our lives on the foundation of Him! Our faith is a huge part of our lives and foundational to our relationship. We strive to look up to God and out to others.

It started off like a normal Saturday except I knew Luke had planned a brunch for us. I got ready and he picked me up for the date. I had made plans for that evening so I did not think the proposal was happening. I was so surprised when we took a different route to lunch. He took me to Riverwalk in my home town, said we were taking a walk, and popped the question in the sweetest way! It was so thoughtful and of course I said "YES"! Then he had a surprise party planned with family and friends who were eager to celebrate with us! It's a day we will never forget!
