What does the schedule look like?

Answer

With happy and confident hearts, we chose to change our venue. We invite you to drive into Oak Park Estates to watch our ceremony to offer your well wishes either from your car or park and take a seat. Family and Friends that have an insert in their invitation to attend our reception will be invited to make your way into the back as we greet and give favors to all guests who attend the ceremony only. After, we will go off to take some photos in Patchogue Shores while you enjoy cocktail hour. We look forward to seeing you for the first time as Mr. & Mrs. Miranda!

How did Luke propose?

Answer

OLD WESTBURY GARDENS! Luke told Rosanna he wanted to take her to lunch in Nassau. Since she's never been, he made her think that there was a restaurant inside the mansion. As he drove, he pointed out this huge flower garden. Right away, Rosanna wanted to jump out which worked out perfectly as Luke was tracking the photographer to that very spot. She always expressed how she wanted to get engaged around many flowers. They walked through, holding hands then there were MORE flowers right up the stairs and Rosanna was eager to get there. She walked up and turned around to see if Luke was seeing all of what she was seeing and he was on his knee. It was such a surprise and unexpected. She describes it as her fairytale proposal!

Does Rosanna have any advice for fellow brides going through COVID19 and stresssing?

Answer

Rosanna's advice is to stay positive and know that even though this is an uncertain time, there are some things that won't change. That is, the person you're marrying, the people you choose to be there and the joy you will feel that day whenever that may be, however you decide to celebrate! Your wedding may be on a different date, your flowers may change due to season, your vendors can change due to availability, the vibe and decor may be different but keep your eye on the true meaning behind it all. You will all get your happy ending! Happy thoughts from THIS bride!

Where is the honeymoon?

Answer

We were supposed to go to Sandals - St. Lucia but since Covid hit, we changed our honeymoon to Sandals - Negril. HIGHLY suggest any Sandals as it's adult only and they cater to couples. Let's just say, we will be hitting every Sandals resort for all the years we have together! We love to travel. Since Negril wasn't a hotspot at the time, that was our best option out of the chain and we had the time of our lives! Very romantic (highly suggest at least two excursions and the honeymoon suite)

When did you know you wanted to be together forever?

Answer

Both the bride and groom have only one simple, short answer for you... It's cheesy but true. "When you know, you just know and we knew INSTANTLY!"

Where are your rings from?

Answer

We get this question often. Rosanna's rings are custom-made by Luke with the help of the most fabulous team and Luke's is from the Rockford Collection!

Is she changing her last name?

Answer

"Yes! The week we get back from Florida which is where we're going the day after our wedding to spend time with Luke's parents before the honeymoon... my last name will officially be MIRANDA." - Ro "I've always called her Babe Miranda, so I cannot wait for her to change her last name to officially become part of my family." - Luke
