In August of 2025, my friend from college, Hannah, invited me (Reagan) to visit her in Idaho and go to the College and Career Camp put on by TVBC. We had a great time at the camp and on Sunday when it was over, Hannah and I drove back to attend the evening service at church. During the drive, Hannah mentioned that her roommate, Beth, had a brother I should meet. After the service, Beth’s brother, Luke, introduced himself to me and the other people who were in town visiting for the camp. A group of friends, including Luke and me, decided to go to Tin Roof Tacos for dinner and Luke ended up sitting next to me at the restaurant. (Unbeknownst to me, this was a strategic move by our friends.) During that evening, we had a lovely conversation that left us both wanting to get to know the other person better. The next day, however, I flew back to Missouri and Luke remained in Idaho. We did not talk to each other for five months. The Lord was using this time, though! He did a work in both of our hearts as He worked everything together for me to move to Idaho. After moving to Idaho at the beginning of January 2026, Luke asked me on a date. We officially began dating in March. About three months later, Luke asked me to marry him on June 29, 2026. Each moment of this journey has been filled with joy, and we look forward to the bliss of marriage and the joy-filled days to come!
