Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! A bus will be provided for guests from Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel to the venue and back. Please note that you can easily get an Uber to the venue, but it may be more challenging to get one back. Please indicate in your RSVP whether you intend to use the shuttle service in any capacity and let us know if that changes.

What time is the bus transportation scheduled for?

Answer

For transportation to the ceremony, please plan to be in the hotel lobby/entrance area around 3:30PM, as the bus will leave no later than 3:45PM. For transportation back to the hotel, the bus will depart after the reception is over at 11PM.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Since the ceremony begins at 5PM, please plan to arrive no later than 4:45PM. This will allow time for you to park, walk to the ceremony site, and find your seat.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. Overnight parking is allowed, but all cars must be removed from the property by noon the following day.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. Keep this in mind for shoes as guests will walk through gravel and grassy areas.
