We have blocked off 20 rooms for our out-of-town guests. The rate is $159/night and there is a 2 night minimum. Make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 603-658-5555 and referencing the Klemarczyk/Robbins Wedding (do not do so online). Stay on the line and do not use the directory when calling the hotel about the block. If the front desk tells you no rooms available, this is not the case and they are mistaken. This has been happening--how lovely! As of 7/24, the block is not even half full. Be very clear that you are booking within a wedding block, and not a main reservation. Rooms are available until August 18, 2021, or until the block fills, whichever comes first. After this date, any unbooked rooms go back to public availability, and can’t be guaranteed. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, do so SOONER than 4 days prior to the event in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Thank you!

COVID-19: Stuff you should know
Dear friends and family, We value everyone’s health and safety. We know the past few weeks of the pandemic have been troubling, so we want to be as transparent as we can about what to expect at our wedding. 1. We ask that everyone wear a mask while attending the wedding. You may remove your mask when you are seated at your ceremony bench, or at your dining table during reception. Please replace your mask when walking around, interacting with others, and on the dance floor. We will have masks available for everyone. 2. We will space ceremony benches and dining tables apart as much as possible. There also should be plenty of benches at the ceremony for people to spread out. 3. The ceremony will be fully outdoors, and the reception will be inside a barn with both doors open and good airflow. 4. There will be somewhere between 90-100 guests in attendance.
