The owner of The Pavilion at Shenandoah Woods has a 14-person passenger van. In the weeks leading up the wedding, we will coordinate with you (our guests) to establish a pick-up time from your cabin before the ceremony, as well as a drop off time back to your cabin, if you wish.

Please coordinate with friends/family to book a nearby cabin! Lots of cabins are located along the mountain, within (steep) walking distance of the event location. Many are owned and operated through Shenandoah Woods. For all of the Shenandoah Woods properties, there is the promo to book 3 nights and get a 4th night free! There are a handful of cabins that are held up until 3 months before the wedding. These held cabins require a passcode, which you'll need to reach out to us for. There are a handful of other cabins owned by others and can be booked through Airbnb/VRBO. The "Maps & Directions" page on the Shenandoah Woods website shows the location of their properties along with a few other properties.
