Why do we have to RSVP so early?

Answer

We are asking our guests to RSVP so early for multiple reasons. 1. We want our guests to start booking sleeping accommodations early so that they can be close by to the property. 2. Many of our guests are from out of town and we want them to be able to book flights at a reasonable price.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is limited parking so please carpool with other guests to the venue.

Are kids welcome?

This wedding is for people ages 18+

Will we be able to take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We are hosting an unplugged wedding which means that all phones must be out of sight and turned off. We are paying our photographer to capture the moment and we want you to enjoy that moment with us instead of being behind a device.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you plan on staying in a hotel, it is going to be about a 40 minute drive. We highly suggest you book with an AirBnB, VRBO, or Bed & Breakfast nearby.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal/Cocktail (cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, suits and ties, etc.)

Why is there no smoking/vaping/tobacco products allowed on the property?

Answer

It has been made very clear that we will be charged a $1,000 fine for anyone who smokes/vapes/or uses any tobacco products on the entire property. If a guest breaks this rule we will be asking them to pay for the entirety of the fine.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors while the reception will be indoors. If there is inclement weather, everything will be held indoors.
