Parking is limited to vendors only. We highly encourage Uber, Lyft, carpooling, or taxis. We are hosting a shuttle service to and from the venue as well. Shuttle instructions: - Park your personal vehicle at Woodriver Elementary School. 5000 Palo Verde Avenue, preferably the back/staff parking lot. -Shuttles start at 3:30pm and stop around 10pm. - Arrive with enough time to allow time for any traffic/wait times. - Choose one of two 11 passenger vans to transport you to the venue. **drop your party at the venue and circle back to park End of night: - Choose one of two 11 passenger vans to transport you from the venue back to your vehicle. ** if you need to leave your car at the school overnight that is okay! We are encouraging safe driving and no drinking and driving. Just be sure to pick up all vehicles before 3pm on Sunday, August 18th. Please ask the bride or bridal party if there are any questions.

We politely ask that all phones/electronics be kept away during the ceremony. We’ve chosen a great photographer and would like her to get all the angles. Photos during the reception are HIGHLY encouraged! We’ll even have some fun props for you!
