A shuttle will make ONE run from the Appleton hotel parking lots to the venue at 2:30pm. We will provide transportation to the hotels and the Ontaneda’s house after dinner.

There are a few airports that are great to fly into. Appleton Airport is obviously the closest to festivities but is smaller so tends to be a bit more expensive. ~15 from Guido and Juli house, about ~5 minutes from Appleton hotel block, ~30 min to Oshkosh hotel block

Green Bay Airport is about equal in size and pricing as Appleton Airport. It is about ~30 minutes from Guido and Juli's place, ~40 min from Appleton hotel block and about an hour from the Oshkosh hotel block

Milwaukee is the biggest airport in Wisconsin and very easy to fly into and is about 1 hr, 45 minutes from Appleton, about 1 hr 20 from Oshkosh.

Madison is also a great airport to fly into, it is about 2 hours to Appleton, and about 1 hour 30 to Oshkosh.

For International Travel we recommend flying into Chicago O'Hare airport which is about 3 hours from Appleton. There is a second airport in Chicago called Midway Airport (MDW), we do not recommend flying into there.
