Maid of Honor
My twin + bestie... + MY MAID OF HONOR Anyone who knows me knows that Bree and I are basically attached at the hip. We've been roomies our whole lives, share the same t-swift & Disney obsession, and just walk to the beat of the same drum. If you've seen a cute instagram pic on my feed, then it's more than likely that Bree was behind the camera orchestrating the whole thing. Extra girlies 4 life! Bree is super patient and amazing with caring for those she loves (Enneagram 2 REPRESENT.). She's a special educator, and let me tell ya.. her kids are the absolute sweetest and she loves them so well. Thankful to have my twin as my MOH! <3
Best Man
Sadly, I can't tell you the origin story of my friendship with Jonathan here because that would probably ruin his best man speech. But don't worry - it's an all timer. One thing that I will tell you is that it's a unique experience going to Astros games with Jonathan. Why? He knows every single major league umpire and gives facts about them that no normal person should know (which ones have their own line of umpire gear, critiquing and comparing strike signals, etc). He's been a baseball ump for years at this point and I think I was the only one who encouraged him to go to umpire school. He got a real job instead (boring). Fun fact: He went to a Slipknot concert with me in college and watched me jump around (probably looking like a crazy person). He had a nice time.
Bridesmaid
Hey Melissaaaa! Melissa and I met in high school (A-UP !! lol), and I'm so thankful that good ol' youth group brought us together. We honestly just really get each other. You know those people who you can just talk to about everything and everything? That's this girly! One of my favorite things about our friendship is that we are biiiig music gals. We have the same music taste and love live music! Melissa has a huge heart for those around her (future teacher aye) and it is shown through her daily actions. She also has a very good taste in wine, board games and memes (Luke greatly appreciate all three of these qualities). Let's party on 2-29-2020 and have the best time ever!!
Groomsman
Despite being teammates (soccer, basketball, baseball, track and cross country) and roommates (3 years at A&M), somehow Sam and I have managed to stay good friends for 20 years. Sam shares my stupid and weird sense of humor and knows exactly how to make me laugh - which infuriates me because I don't want to give him that satisfaction. Sam and I used to literally watch hours of music videos on Vevo - mostly "Yeah 3x" by Chris Brown. "Yeah 3x" will definitely play at the reception so we'll see if Sam can bust out some of the moves from the video. Fun fact: We were the same height at one point early in high school and now Sam can dunk a basketball on a 10-foot rim (don't worry I'm definitely not upset that I haven't grown since high school).
Bridesmaid
My gal Sarah!! Sarah and I met through Breakaway Ministries (Street Team !) at Texas A&M and I'm so happy that this friendship blossomed during those Tuesday nights. So many good memories. I'm pumped that this San Angelo girl ended up in Dallas! I swear that Sarah has like five thousand friends. She's a social butterfly and is honestly just so good at making friends and maintaining those friendships. She understands the beauty behind knowing and caring for people incredibly well. I love our sushi dates & Dallas hangs.. also we've had a snapchat streak for over a year (long live snapchat) hehe. Can't wait to celebrate with you, friend!
Groomsman
Matthew is the dude that knows everyone and has some kind of connection anywhere you go (for instance getting us into an Ellie Goulding concert for free in 2014). Matthew is always doing something that looks much more fun than whatever you are doing. Thank God we went to the same college and he called me to hang out or else I would have had way more nights in my living room watching Planet Earth. Fun fact: Matthew and I made some pretty incredible haunted houses for our little sisters when we were growing up. We definitely have a backup career if all else fails.
Bridesmaid
Lizzie girl!! Elizabeth is Luke's sista & I can't wait for her to my sis! This girl knows more about politics than I will ever know and wants to eventually work for the FBI. What a girl boss! I'm envious of her style + fashion because she can honestly work anyyy outfit. We love a fashionable queen. She's a fellow country music lover and we are both obsessed with Thomas Rhett.. do you blame us? I'm so thankful that I'll be getting a sweet sister who is such a hard-worker (she's a political science major junior at Texas A&M..woooow.), loves the Lord, and is just a super sweet gal. I'm so excited to share the same last name! :')
Groomsman
Most of my childhood memories with my older brother involve me trying to prove to him I was cool. It never worked (I was super cool - he just didn't recognize it). Zach introduced me to Tony Hawk video games, Houston rap, early 2000s emo music, Gossip Girl and an extreme love of the City of Houston (the only person who hates Dallas sports more than I do is my brother). Fun fact: Zach is one of the only people I know who might love Disney animated movies more than Maggie - they're both obsessed (and both are disappointed that I haven't seen most of the new ones).
Bridesmaid
Skygirl!! Skylar and I met in AP Psychology class at Allen High School. We sat by each other and were besties by the end of the year! We also both ended up going to Texas A&M (whoop!) and were in the same Christian sorority.. gig 'em lambs. Skylar is such a fun friend to hang out with!! Whether it's a simple trip to Target or a roadtrip to Florida, you are always guaranteed to have a blast with this girly. She's sooo easy to get along, loves iced caramel macchiatos, and has a passion for serving others + the Lord. A 10/10 quality person! Excited to walk with you through this next season of life, Skylar!
Groomsman
Christian is the only person in the wedding party who has coached me in soccer and put up with my antics and for that I'm grateful to still have him as a friend. Christian and I used to sleep over at the Gerards' house weekly and watch horror movies at 2 am and then go to sleep terrified (somehow this didn't deter us from continually repeating the cycle). Between acting in VBS plays, countless hours of XBOX and many concerts (including Fall Out Boy and Ke$ha), got a lot of memories with this dude and glad to have him as a groomsman. Fun fact: 6 years ago, Christian told me he was going to ask out a girl named Maddie that we grew up with at OSL and I thought there was no way that would go anywhere. They ended up getting married last year. Moral of the story is that I'm wrong a lot.
Bridesmaid
Shannon Santana aka Shantana aka my big sis! Beyond thankful to have grown up with someone as incredible as Shannon. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better older sister/role model. She's the reason I decided to go to A&M... meaning that I would have never met Luke if it wasn't for her! Shannon is an amazing mom + wife. Her little boys (Ryan + future baby boy..due Nov 2019) are extremely blessed to have her as their mom. Shannon is one of the most detail-oriented people I know and is always going the extra mile whatever the task at hand may be. I'm so excited to have you part of my special day, sis! <3
Groomsman
If you walk into the Santana house on any given Sunday, you'll probably find Josh grilling burgers with Zac Brown Band (or Hispanic music) playing on the back patio. As soon as he sees you he'll definitely offer to grab you a beer (the only person with a larger selection of beer is my future father-in-law). Josh (and Shannon - but I'm hyping him up right now) was born to host events. Josh is also the only person I know with more American flag apparel than me and I can't think of a better trait in a brother-in-law. Fun fact: Josh told me he went to Warped Tour back in the day (and even showed me the march to prove it) and that was when I knew being related to him was going to work out.
Bridesmaid
Chloeee! Chloe and I are cousins/best friends! Little story time: My dad (Rob Rians) married Chloe's mom's (Chris Miller) sister (Elaine Rians), so now we are cousins, haha! It's so cool to have an awesome cousin who doubles as a bestie! You might need to reread that a few times. This girl is always up on the latest trends and fashions. She looks so cute all the freaking time. If you have any questions about lululemon leggings or Adidas sneakers then Chloe is your girl! This dog mom of two is a tax consultant in Dallas and is always killing the game at work. Hanging out with Chloe is a blast because of her fun and uplifting personality! Excited to get on dance floor with you (and Chris, hahah)!
Groomsman
During soccer games in high school, Mambo was the one receiving and usually scoring on my crosses into the box, which is really the bedrock of any good friendship. Mambo is a 2019 church league basketball champion (the first year he left my team, he won - no correlation), one of my fellow youth soccer refs and has a hell of a fashion sense (this might be an understatement). He was also almost certainly be the best dancer at the reception (dance battles are welcomed). Fun fact: Mambo won the best athlete award in our senior year of high school and Jonathan still hasn't recovered from this.
Bridesmaid
Marianne aka MK! Marianne and I met in elementary school, worked together at Market Street in high school (we still remember the produce codes), and then became even closer friends during our time as Texas A&M. Let me tell ya... this girly is SMART. I wouldn't have gotten through business calculus without her sweet patience and amazing math skills... seriously. I'm forever thankful that a math class reconnected us, haha! One of my favorite things about Marianne is her intentionality. She remembers little details about your life that you totally forgot you told her months prior. She is consistent, loyal, and so genuine. It's so rare to see her without a smile on her face! Also .. ask her anything about #sports. She might know more than Luke.. Pumped to have you stand next to me, Mar!

Outside of Zach, Nick is the closest thing I have to a brother in my life - for better and worse. There's probably no one I've wanted to fight more than Nick. There are also very few people who have had my back more than Nick. He can eat more Mexican food (especially Taco Bell) than anyone living - which means he'll be the person most excited for fajitas at the wedding. Nick also showed me Step Brothers way before I should have seen it (and definitely without my parents knowledge) and for that I'm grateful. Fun fact: My favorite story about Nick is the time he gave me one of his two copies of Call of Duty: World at War for my birthday. Maybe a month later he came to my house and literally TOOK MY BIRTHDAY GIFT BACK because his copy broke. This sums up our friendship.
